CHURCH PROJECT EXPERIENCE LIST

CHRIST'S CHURCH OF THE VALLEY
MPE systems for a 3,000 seat worship center multi-functional space, NC level 25-30, central plant, kitchen, dining, offices for church, video/editing area, theatrical lighting, and sound system. The church is situated on a 103 acre lot that includes lighted sports areas including (3) soccer fields, (2) baseball fields, (3) basketball courts, and (1) hockey rink.  The lighted parking lot includes over 3,300 spaces.  Project cost $21 million.  Main building is approximately 113,000 SF, Scheduled completion is December 2003.

CALVARY COMMUNITY CHURCH
 The building now owned and occupied by Calvary Community church was originally constructed to be a shopping plaza along the Black Canyon Freeway corridor.  Sullivan Designs became involved in renovation projects on the facility including a complete overhaul of the electrical services, an architectural facelift of the building's facade, a tenant improvement space totaling approximately 29,000 square feet of classrooms, and a breezeway conversion to an enclosed lobby/meeting space totaling approximately 8,200 square feet.  Phoenix, Arizona, 2003.

PURE HEART CHRISTIAN CHURCH
MPE systems 1,200 seat sanctuary, expandable up to 1,400 seat, NC level of 25-30, packaged AC heat pump system, office and classroom building, special lighting with dimmer system, stage lighting, 40,000 SF, 2002-2003.

FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH PIPE ORGAN

PALMCROFT BAPTIST CHURCH
New central chilled water plan integrated to existing ice storage system, unique M-F chilled water/ice system and Saturday-Sunday chiller system using on peak/off peak power rates; new classroom building, multi-functional building, children center and site lighting of parking area. 52,000 SF, 1999-2000.

PRINCE OF PEACE
HVAC, plumbing and electrical lighting and power. A major Catholic Church (seating capacity 600) including a Chapel plus a 25,000 SF multi-purpose building and Priest Offices, 1997-99.

BLESSED SACRAMENTO
Mechanical, plumbing and electrical. Addition of a Chapel Building and six classrooms and multi-purpose facility, 1997-98.
