Sullivan Designs provided mechanical, electrical, and special systems design services for a new 210 room, 103,000 SF main building, 160 timeshare
units, 12,420 KVA primary/secondary distribution 460V/3~ 300 amp electrical distribution system, two 325 ton chiller
central plant. Project included two kitchens, two restaurants, laundry, ballrooms, meeting rooms, fitness center, child care
center, and high-tech business center. $43M, design in 1997-95, project completion in 1999-2000.
