WILLOW STREAM - THE SPA AT THE FAIRMONT SCOTTSDALE PRINCESS
This 5-star resort spared no expense in building the spa facility that would
be the benchmark for Scottsdale. The facility features a rooftop adult
swimming pool, a full service salon, treatment rooms with outdoor patios
surrounded by a waterfall adorned canyon, an assortment of saunas, steam rooms,
inhalation rooms, whirlpools, and cold plunges, and a unique waterfall treatment
grotto. To round out the complex there are supporting locker rooms with
Swiss showers, workout and arobic rooms, administration areas and a retail gift

SANCTUARY ON CAMELBACK MOUNTAIN
NEW SPA FACILITY, VILLAS, AND THE RENOWN ELEMENTS RESTAURANT
Formally known as John Gardiners Tennis Ranch, the Sanctuary on Camelback
Mountain was completely renovated and reopened in March of 2001. Sullivan
Designs provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the resort's new
12,000 sq. ft. world class spa facility, 24 new villa units, new maintenance
facility, and the renovation of the highly acclaimed elements restaurant and

FOUR SEASONS RESORT AT TROON NORTH
Mechanical, electrical and special systems design services for a new 210 room, 103,000 SF main building, 160 timeshare units, 12,420 KVA primary/secondary distribution 460V/3 300 amp electrical distribution system, two 325 ton chiller central plant. Project included two kitchens, two restaurants, laundry, ballrooms, meeting rooms, fitness center, child care center, and high-tech business center. $43M, design in 1997-98, project completed in February 2000.
