The project consisted of a 13,000 square foot remodel of the historic Moeur
Building. The building's original adobe construction presented some
interesting challenges and called for a creative design approach. Tempe,

Mechanical and electrical system design for new 3-story cancer research center. Systems included in the design are exhaust with scrubber systems on certain critical exhaust hoods, controls for maintaining proper air flow in rooms where there are variable exhaust hoods, VAV AHUs with specific controls to match exhaust and maintain proper I.A.Q., process piping of special hoods for waste uses, power distribution complete with 15Kv system, laboratory related lighting and specialized power for laboratory equipment. Research center has 450 tons and is 42,600 SF, $7,026,500, 1994-97.
