SHOWLOW AIRPORT ARFF BUILDING
M,P, and E design for a 11,000 SF Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF)
facility for the Showlow Airport. The facility features four drive-through
bays that are each 80' long, a four-bed dorm with associated locker/shower area,
day room, turn-out and de-con rooms, and maintenance shops. The building
was also designed to house snow removal equipment and vehicles. The
project was designed in two phases and the first phase portion is in operation
and the second phase is currently under construction. Showlow, Arizona.

CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FIRE STATION PROTO-TYPE

Arizona.
RURAL/METRO FIRE STATION #816 - SCOTTSDALE/DC RANCH PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY
Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design for a 10,000 SF police building
and a 6,400 SF fire station at the DC Ranch Public Safety Facility. The
mechanical design included a common 55-ton chilled water system for both
buildings. The electrical system included a 1600 Amp/208 Volt
service. The police building includes offices, conference rooms, fitness,
and lunch room. The fire station includes two apparatus bays, day room,
and bunks. Scottsdale, Arizona.
GLENDALE FIRE STATION #52
Incorporated Bio-hazardous Facility within six existing fire stations in the City of Glendale, Arizona.
GOLDER RANCH FIRE STATION
Electrical for approx. 6,000 SF new facility in Oracle Valley, Arizona.
MESA FIRE STATIONS TRUCK BAY EXHAUST SYSTEMS
Revised control scheme for existing and new HVAC units at six (6) fire stations in the Mesa Fire Department. Retrofit included automated control of units triggered by amperage sensors on bay door motors and adjustable time delay functions. Several facilities were also provided with new exhaust fans and evaporative coolers in truck bays.
Stations included were 4, 5, 7 ,8, 11, and 15. Mesa, Arizona.
PEORIA FIRE STATION - OLIVE AVENUE FIRE STATION No. 4
HVAC, plumbing systems, fire sprinkler protection systems for 7000 SF Fire Station.
Station includes 3,335 SF of turnout and two parking bays for fire trucks.
The service bays are evaporatively cooled and are provided with timing circuits
for exhausting truck fumes. Additionally there is 3,730 SF of day rooms,
exercise room, dorms, dining area, and offices. The electrical system
includes a 50kW diesel generator for emergency power for the 400 amp, 120/208V
