MP&E for new surgical hospital which included pre-op/post-op surgeries, administration area, patient rooms.  Included central chiller plant.  Arizona, 2002.

GREENBAUM SPECIALTY HOSPITAL
HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems design fro a 65,000 SF outpatient surgical center for an up to 72 hour inpatient stay. Facility included (10) operating rooms and recovery area at Scottsdale, Arizona, 2001. (Photo by Ken Bauernschub c2002)

VA MEDICAL CENTER - PHOENIX (AMBULATORY OUTPATIENT CLINIC)
Develop request for proposal on 160,000 SF 2-story with basement outpatient clinic for Veteran's Administration, new 15Kv switch gear for entire VA Hospital with parallel emergency generator system, two new 500 ton chillers and pumping, piping for existing central plant with chilled water distribution to new additions and existing VA Hospital, new DDC EMS for Ambulatory Clinic, Phoenix, Arizona. Estimated cost $21M, 1995-97. Scope also includes review of design and assist during construction administration.

SCOTTSDALE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL - OUTPATIENT SURGICAL CENTER
Expansion and renovation of the existing Out-Patient Services Center, including new Operating Rooms and 12 Overnight Recovery beds. Design involved changing out electrical heating and hot water to gas, and adding to cooling capabilities and revising medical gas areas for new addition. Estimated cost over $2 million. Scottsdale, Arizona, 1992.

OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER FOR MCI
Facility includes eight out-patient surgery suites, a minor medical suite, exam rooms, doctor's offices, small laboratory, recovery rooms and two overnight recovery beds. In addition, there is an administrative area. Included are full compliments of medical gases, steam for sterilization and humidity control, HVAC, and emergency generation. Cost is approximately $2M.

THUNDERBIRD SAMARITAN MEDICAL CENTER (OUT-PATIENT FACILITY)
HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems design for the 48,000 SF addition and renovation ($10M) of the Thunderbird Samaritan Out-Patient Facility. This included six Outpatient Operating Suites, Oncology Treatment Center with Clinic Linear Accelerator, Radiology Area, Endoscopy Area, Mammography, Urology and associated exam and recovery areas, Glendale, Arizona, 1991.

LAS VEGAS SURGICENTER
